As you can see from the picture three heads (from different bags even) came straight off the screws. I drilled pilot holes and drove at low torque. You really have to be extra careful with brass, and even then, they're sized so small you still might break them. Other than that, the pull is fine. Nothing amazing but was the right look for my kitchen. Seems sturdy enough (once I get some real screws for them).
