Great product however the implementation instructions were very weak.... Attractive and high end solutions demand a little more step by step

Absolutely gorgeous faucet. The polished nickel finish is perfection. This is a quality piece that should last decades.

Rohl Fixtures

Very high quality. However just know the base of the handles is large. I have one sink where it almost looks too big for the sink, others where the weight looks great.

Rohl Poor Quality

Very poor quality for a very expensive product. Original shipment included 2 hot cartridges instead of one hot and one cold. In addition, another hot cartridge was loose. When a replacement cold cartridge was received, it was plastic instead of brass which is what I paid for. I would not order their equipment in the future.

Awful

The finish has not held up. It began to discolor almost immediately. I am now having to replace it. Such a disappointment. I will also have to replace towel bar and toilet roll bar as it all matches.

This faucet is heavy weight and feels really good on your hand. It's also very shiny and attractive.

Horrific

There is nothing that will keep this faucet from spotting after one handwashing and the drain, discolor to the point of filthy looking. There has been no abuse of this polished nickel finish. I have them on all my other sinks without issue by other companies. Stay away. Replacing this THING.

An excellent faucet but no instructions other than parts diagram of the drain assembly. Ended up ...

An excellent faucet but no instructions other than parts diagram of the drain assembly. Ended up with an o-ring that I could not figure out where it went. Missing the drain assembly bottom washers and nut which I had to get from Rohl who would not offer for free since Home Essentials Direct is not an authorized dealer for their products. I could have sent back to Home Essentials Direct and waited a couple weeks for a replacement but that was impractical in this situation.

I loved this faucet set and think the design is beautiful, but the sink drain piece that comes with it tarnished in a very short period of time. I do not use harsh cleaners and the sink is in a guest bathroom that gets little use. I don't know why this piece tarnished so quickly. I also noticed that the faucet and handles seem to be staining. Not sure why.
