Looks good and installed okay but didn’t need the drain plug option because the vanity we got through wayfair had farmhouse style sinks.

Fantastic Moen customer service/warranty on faucet

Recently contacted Moen about warranty on Weymouth bath sink faucet regarding handles hard to turn. Was contacted next business day where they asked some questions and photo of product. Sent that in the same day and quickly received email that two new handle assemblies would be sent to me. Received those within a week. I did have a hard time getting the old ones off, but figured out all about leverage. After that, was matter of cleanup of remaining water supply piece and easily screwing on the new ones. Lesson learned, to maybe once every year or two take these off and add more grease to keep well lubricated. Thanks for quick service.

Handles do not turn any longer: TS42114ORB

Purchased our home new in 2018 and we have two sets of these faucets in our bathroom. One set works fine. The other side has had issues with the cold and hot handles since 2018. It has just gotten worse and worse and now neither one of them will turn properly (hot or cold). Not sure why they would cost almost $900 a set and clearly from the numerous bad reviews, the handles are defective for a lot of people. Moen usually has decent products and a decent reputation....so not sure why this one is so bad and the cost is almost $1k on top of that.

Cold water handle no longer turns

As many reviewers have stated, the cold water side became difficult to turn and now won't open so only hot side works. Love the look so this is a bummer.

Handles are very difficult to turn

I purchased 3 of these and from day 1 the handles are difficult to turn. I need to replace the handles ASAP for the kids and my wife. The black finish is nice but we are disappointed with the handles. Model was TS4211BL. I need new cartridges for the 9000 rough-in as well. The black finish on one of the pop ups is wearing off as well.

Love the look of this faucet in our vintage bathroom. Great quality and good price for an upscale bathroom.

Faucets have a problem

I have two sinks in my bathroom with these faucets. It is impossible to turn the knobs on one, and almost reaching that point in my second faucet.

Love the faucet. Problem with cold water handle

I have a similar challenge to another reviewer. We’ve loved the faucets. Have them in all of our bathrooms. But the cold water faucet has failed on one and is starting to fail on another. How do I resolve?

Nice styling for a traditional look. If you can live with separate controls it is a good option.

Warning - Defective Faucet

I definitely do not recommend this faucet. It is defective and it is my understanding that Moen is aware of the issues. The drain seat and plug are defective causing the water to slowly drain from the sink. Moen is in the process of issuing me a third drain seat and plug in hopes that this will finally resolve the issue. Furthermore, the oil rubbed bronze handle caps are defective as well. The hot and cold font and bronze coloring do not match one another. It has been 8 months, and despite Moen issuing several new handle caps they are equally as defective as the last. If you like the look of the Weymouth, you may want to check out Newport Brass. I believe that they offer a very similar style faucet.

Poor longevity

Product does not tolerate hard water well. After having it for three years, planning to replace.
