Rohl Viaggio Faucet

My new Rohl Viaggio Widespread Bathroom Faucet is as sturdy as it is beautiful. It has the look and feel of real quality and makes me happy whenever I use it! There was a small problem with one of the handles not fitting tightly. I called Ferguson and they promptly sent a replacement part at no cost. I was very impressed with their customer service.

Super design and quality.

Very pretty. Adds a little retro touch to my powder room.

I bought these faucets to replace the exact same fixtures that were 13 years old and starting to leak, the handles were also stiff to turn…it would have cost more for me to hire a plumber to dismantle them and try to fix them, so I bought new fixtures. They came with NO INSTRUCTIONS! Thankfully, the old fixtures were identical so the plumber was able to figure out how to install them properly.

An excellent faucet but no instructions other than parts diagram of the drain assembly. Ended up with an o-ring that I could not figure out where it went. Missing the drain assembly bottom washers and nut which I had to get from Rohl who would not offer for free since Home Essentials Direct is not an authorized dealer for their products. I could have sent back to Home Essentials Direct and waited a couple weeks for a replacement but that was impractical in this situation.

Beautiful in nickel. Matches my kitchen faucet. Feels great in your hands. Spout flairs a little too much for my liking, but overall it looks great!

I loved this faucet set and think the design is beautiful, but the sink drain piece that comes with it tarnished in a very short period of time. I do not use harsh cleaners and the sink is in a guest bathroom that gets little use. I don't know why this piece tarnished so quickly. I also noticed that the faucet and handles seem to be staining. Not sure why.

Absolutely beautiful, high quality faucet! Feels very sturdy and well-made. I would have given 5 stars, but the one we received showed up with 2 cold labels and no hot (unfortunately, we were delayed in our renovations and didnt catch this until after the return window had closed).

These faucets are heavy and have a high quality chrome finish. The valves operate very smoothly. Definitely a great buy for the money.

Beautiful faucet. Unlike the other fuacet I returned, this one does not show water marks of finger prints. Even my plumber commented on how heavy and solid it is. Highly recommend. Worth every penny.
