This is a really good product. It is easy to set with other Copper Creek locks so you only have one key. Highly recommend.

You guys advertise something that does not match the shipped product. It clearly shows what I want but instead I get something else, some other version that does not fit my needs. Thank you anyway

For some reason our new house had a deadbolt a different color than the door handle. This handle was a perfect match and good quality.

These dead bolts were what we needed to complement the knobs that we had ordered as well. Love the ORB color and finish. There was a problem with the installation as there is an inner flange on the deadbolt thar was not flush (as on the older ones we were replacing). This meant that we needed to drill a larger hole in the metal door for it to fit flush with the door. Once installed, it functions very well.

I purchased several lock sets for my home. I encountered issues with one lock set and contacted the manufacturer regarding warranty service. This manufacturer cannot be contacted by phone and only has a form on its web site. I filled out the form and submitted it three times over a month and never received a reply. Only after my fourth try did someone reply to criticize me for complaining about their lack of prior responses but they still would not give me a way to submit a warranty claim. After my fifth inquiry I received the an extremely snarky reply telling me not to waste their time -- but at least they included a warranty claim form. While the products from this company may generally be of good value, the customer service is the worst I have ever seen from any company. The absolute lack of customer service and warranty support completely negates any benefit from buying Cooper Creek or Montana Forge products.
