Loveeee this rug. So beautifully simple and the quality is 100 there. The only downfall is it sheds a lot, but that didn’t necessarily bother me. I loved the basketweave design and the variation of color that made it versatile with furniture. Love it!

Poorly made rug and the worst customer service at Rugs Direct

Rug was scheduled to arrive months after ordering, but then suddenly arrived after 3 weeks when I was away, so it wasn't opened or used until very close to the return deadline. Immediately had several loose weavings. I attempted to return the rug but Jess in customer service said I was responsible for the loose threads/weavings due to "cleaning" the item. What good is a rug you can't walk on/vacuum?? Per directions, I never used rotating brushes on my vacuum when cleaning this rug. It's in a low traffic area and was only vacuumed twice before falling apart. I recommend buying from a company with honest customer service! And this particular rug is not suitable for vacuuming, apparently, so I would recommend another one.

Perfect for intended purpose; overlay on wall-to-wall carpet to minimize wear and tear of carpet. Placed under desk and rolling desk chair. Stays put.

The rug sheds like crazy! It's nice design but the material was definitely more rough than I was expecting and even after I vacuumed it multiple times, it continues to shed and gets all over clothes and my kids' feet so then it transfers all over the house. I'm planning to go through all the hassle of returning it

Love the quality of these Chris Loves Julia x Loloi rugs! Very pleased with the quality…especially for the price! I didn’t want to spend a lot for my boys’ rooms and these rugs turned out to be perfect! Also, love that they do not shed much at all!

Sheds SO much

This rug is so pretty and I really wanted to love it but after a month of it being in our living room it’s still shedding SO much. I vacuum almost every other day because the shedding is so bad. It would be going back if we weren’t out of our return window.

The rug is very pretty! But it sheds a lot, even after vacuuming, it’s everywhere. It arrived on Wednesday and I’ve decided to return on Saturday. The piles are coming undone very easily so it ruins how pretty it was.

Quick delivery. Packaged well. Great sale price. True to photos/description. Beautiful, thick, neutral rug. Soft, but textured soft. Can't comment on ease of vacuuming yet.
