Defective

Something was wrong with ours. 2 months in and it never flattened. One side would be flat, the other would have a 2 inch high buckle. Put gallons of water and books and everything, never sat flat

The rug is not a rectangle. It does not have ANY parallel sides. From a diagonal measurement, it is off by 6 inches! The length and width do not measure the described length and width at any point. If it were a true rectangle, I'd still use it, but one doesn't have to measure to see that each of the sides is not even straight. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT EASY TO WORK WITH. Even with the photos that show the cut lines of each of the 4 sides, "Alireza" replied on behalf of the manufacturer and claimed that "a variance of up to 2in can occur." [what? -hello, it's not straight on any side!] THANKFULLY, WAYFAIR HAS WORKED WITH ME to return it and get a full refund. I will not buy from this manufacturer again.

LOVE IT!

Love it! This rug is the perfect neutral/cool white tone. It has hints of gray that coordinate well with my marble floors. And is so soft underfoot. It had made my bathroom into a luxury spa oasis..

Everything was good, it came quickly, a day ahead of schedule. The rug is a nice depth, not chincy. The color is a two tone Blue, its Navy and a lighter blue. It looks nice. No problems.

I have been looking for a new rug for several months and when I saw this one, I knew immediately it would work in the family room. The color is good and it only took 24 hours before it was completely relaxed. Good purchase for quality and cost.

Beautiful Round Rug

Color just as pictured and nice plush look. It does slide in the floor so I recommend getting a non slip pad for underneath.

Shag a little lumpy, don't like the way edging shows. Doesn't look high end

Love the color of this rug. It’s a nice muted teal which is exactly what I was looking for and it’s very soft. I just received it so I can’t speak for longevity but it seems like a great rug so far!

Shag Runner just okay

Not that happy with the way the shag goes over edging of runner. Looks a little sloppy. Would purchase a flatter runner next time.

Great experience, easy to order. Was delivered when they said it would be, looked just like the image online. I would highly recommend buying a good rug pad to go underneath, and (depending on the type of rug) those little stickers that keep the rug in place if your rug will be on hardwood or laminate. Happy shopping!

Rug is a very pretty color. Quality is a little less than expected. One seam of the rug shows the white stitching. Fortunately that side of the rug is unable to be seen in my home. I originally gave this rug 4 stars. I am writing this after 1 month after use. The rug is buckling and it has definitely lost alot of its luster. Waiting on a response from the manufacturer. Hopefully this will be resolved soon before someone trips over the rug. Very disappointed with this purchase. Very low quality rug and not worth the price.

Love my 2 x 8 Jill Zarin Shaggy Chic Runner Rug TEAL. It is by my entry way and the teal coordinates with the Hawaii waterfall etching on the wall in the foyer. People take their shoes off at the front door and when they step on the carpet their eyes light up with the feel of the beautiful carpet. I loved the website's ability to upload a photo of the room and insert carpets to see how they would look. So helpful. Highly Recommend!!
