Design Flaw Lets Rain In

There is a gap at the top of the door that allows rain to enter. I added weather stripping to address the issue, but it's disappointing that this design flaw exists.

Very happy with our mailbox! Excellent quality and beautiful. We really like being able to lock in the delivered mail when we’re away. These are such a refreshing change to the usual boring mailbox look. Highly recommend!!

Not at all happy with this mailbox. They need to include pictures showing that it's not a door on the front opening to a large rectangular opening, but a small flip out receptacle that barely holds more than my current mailbox. To make matters worse, a refund has to be initiated within 48 hours. So we're stuck with this overpriced future-wasp-nest (because there's not actual bottom) with a bad design. What a waste.

Never arrived. Still chasing the seller for a refund. Don’t waste your time with this drop shipper.

sleek/ modern mailbox

We ordered the bronze color, which is a good powder coated color. The door hinges down to put mail in, and isn't a huge cavity, but works well for our normal regular deliveries.

The order was supposed to arrive two weeks ago per my confirmation email. When I emailed the company they never replied. I finally received it today and it is missing another product that I ordered. I emailed the company again but am not holding my breath on receiving a reply. The mailbox is nice but the address numbers are thicker than they appear on the website and the 1 is way larger than the other numbers I ordered. For this price it should be perfect.

DO NOT PURCHASE!

Horrible product. Magnet is so strong and item is so heavy that it will be pulled out of wall in any longer term use. Screws that were too small for the item were included, yet the company knows that because they readily offered larger screws when asked about it. No template was included in install. With all these issues, still no refund allowed.

Still haven't received it

It's taking a very long time for the mailbox to be delivered. I still haven't received it, yet you have time to ask me for a review.

Terrible

Customer service is beyond terrible. They give tiny wood screws to hang and the holes in mailbox are big with no directions. Contacted customer service and they are no help. I had to purchase the proper bolts to hang the mailbox. Customer service does not get back to you as they know this is an issue.
