Great Kitchen Runner

This is a very pretty rug with lovely colors. Muted but fits my space just right. A little on the thinner side, and not overly plush but works well for my needs. Availability is many sizes was a plus for this item.

Great service with rug buying

I am mostly pleased with the my experience with Rugs.com. I purchased got. The Whitney collection. Rugs.com had a wide assortment of rugs and prices. My large rug 9x12 surprised me by being slightly better quality than I had expected but the colors were brighter than I anticipated. The matching runner was much more muted so the two together don’t match as well as I would have liked. that being said, for the price you can’t beat it and it has given my living/dinning room a bright updated look for very little money. The process of ordering and receiving the rugs could not have been easier and I will definitely use this company again

Rug colors are gorgeous. They go great in my sun room with light purple paint.

Mildew-ewww

Unfortunately smells like mildew. Super hard to get rid of and double unfortunate that rugs aren’t exactly the easiest thing to ship back. I think this is probably an outlier experience, but definitely tainted enjoying what would otherwise be a lovely rug.

Inventory and service just as stated

I am very impressed with Rugs.com's level of service and inventory. It is rare that everything that is said from other customers and the company's commitment to fulfilling orders, for instance, are true. The only thing I found to improve if possible, which is true of almost all on-line shopping is the color of the one rug I bought. It appeared more muted in coloring but was a little darker seeing it in person.

Rug for Blue and Pink enthusiast

Absolutely love the colors in person. Very bright and perfect to brighten up a space. I purchased before moving to a new house and have loved picking out furniture and decor to accent the blue, green and pink.
