It is not soft close...be warned!!!
A little disappointed, I misunderstood thinking the product was all wood.
Cheaply made
Purchased a little over a month ago. Screws on last picture you see came off toilet seat. Im 130lbs. I now have to purchase a new one within two month span. Not durable and no warranty. I reached out to company.

Walmart had a great selection of material, sizes, uses and color. It was exactly what I wanted and as an eighty something woman, I was able to install it easily!!
Looks really great but…
It’s already broken after only a couple of months.
This seat was a disappointment. The picture on Wayfair looks like a wood seat. But it’s not. It’s one of those cushioned plastic seats and VERY flimsy. Ours broke after a week of use. Wayfair is always awesome and accommodating. I don’t blame them. The quality is not up to par and has misleading photos. The vendor needs to address this. Hard pass on this one.
Did not get the seat I ordered. Kept one I received to avoid hassle
