Wrong Size Shipped

I was sent the wrong size. I ordered 8x10 and received 2x14. The product is good but now I have to return it unfortunately due to the error in size.

I used this as a carpet pad in my pickup truck. It was easy to cut and contour to the floor. As good as I could have hope for and very cost effective!

They sent the wrong size like the other reviews says. Sent me 2*8ft instead of 9*12 .. wasted my time.

Sent the wrong sizedon't bother

Ordered a 9 by 12 and was sent a 2 by 8 rug pad. It seems as though other reviews have had the same issue, so avoid this item unless you want to have to take extra time to return it. Otherwise the quality of the pad seems like it would be really good if it was the right size lol.

Can’t send proper product

Ordered 5 and got 5 of the wrong size - it is suppose to be a 9x12 Matt and they send 2x8 instead

Exactly what I needed

Was a bit larger than needed and easily cutto size. Works perfectly.

The rug pad found me at the perfect time! We wanted to elevate our space, but have wooden floors so wanted to try and preserve them as best as we can. This rug pad was a great, useful addition to our space. The rubber gripping helps our rug not slip and slide (our dog appreciates that probably more than we do). It’s thick enough to give an extra cushiony feel without raising the overall thickness of the rug area helping avoid that awkward, inconvenient or slightly dangerous level where tripping might be on your mind (may be top of mind personally since I’m sometimes gravity challenged haha). All that to say, I’m happy with the how my space turned out and the overall quality of this rug pad !!

Did it improve the warmth of the carpet? Yes. But it was also small, was covered in a dust that was making me uncomfortable because I don’t want my dog snorting it.

After using this Grey Underlay Rug Pad that I received in exchange for my opinion I would recommend it. The pad is very well made with strong material. Very sturdy

I used this for my dogs kennels because it was thick and had rubber on it. They absolutely love it. Probably the best rug I have gotten for them in a long time.

This grey underlay rug pad is very high quality and.keeps.the rug in place. Defiantly like.it and. Definitely will be. Purchasing bigger one for my livingroom

Very good carpet oad

Excellent pad for under an area rug. We wanted something with a little padding but not too much. This was perfect at about a quarter of an inch thick. Enough to cushion our feet but not too much to get stuck under the door. We also love that it has a rubber backing. It helps to keep it in place and we hope will protect the floor. Would give it five stars but it is a little larger than the area rug we bought it for. I’ll need to trim about 2 inches off one edge. I haven’t tried yet so I’m not sure how easy it will be. Other than that one issue, it’s exactly what we wanted.

advertised specifications wrong

This is the first rug pad I have ever shopped and purchased, so I don't have an opinion on quality. The specifications said it is .4 inches thick, but you can see in the attached photo is it .25 inches thick. I also attached a photo of the rubber underside since it is not shown on the product page. Aside from the thin rubber backing, I assumed the felt would feel like those soft furniture felt pads you stick to the legs, not this rug pad, the felt has a translucent glue throughout that snagged my socks when I stepped on it, and feels scratchy to the touch. As long as rubber side is against the floor, should be okay. Perhaps this is how rug pads are, this is my first one so I don't know.
