This was a joyous addition to my kitchen.

I had a wok to use on my gas range, but we moved to an area where there is no natural gas service available. I wanted to continue cooking my Chinese (read that Chinese-style) meals. Rather that messing with a propane stove, I decided to see what an Electric Wok could do for me. I expected temperature control issues, but had none. This device was spot on, and I cooked what we consider a great Chinese dinner on my first try, and it was as good as, if not better than, what I cooked on my gas wok.

Great product ! Works very well. Heats up quickly. I can’t use a real wok on my flattop stove. I also don’t like other electric woks … they usually have teflon . This wok is stainless steel construction …no teflon.

This electric wok works great. Better than the non electric one we used with our propane stove top. It’s lighter and easy to clean.

Danger! Easily burned turning temperature dial

I use due care but have been burned three times in the last two weeks while adjusting the temperature or turning the heat off. The temperature dial is TOO CLOSE to the very hot bowl. Burns are not only painful but can cause one to jump, possibly overturning a wok-full of hot food and oil. Adding a simple guard to protect fingers would make this a 5-star wok,

Don't waste your money, it is poorly made and it does not cook food evenly, it burns food easily.

It is really good for outdoor cooking ! Thick stainless steal . Do not miss my nonstick one. Recommend to every one who do not want use nonstick one

Bought as a Christmas gift for my mother, and she ended up with two of them! The other one was heavier and seems more well made so I was the unlucky one that has to make a return. Contacted customer service and they said the return would cost me $20. That seemed like a lot for such a light object so I asked if I could return it by my own carrier. They said they’d send me return information- but haven’t seen it. Back to the website to look for return instructions.

I enjoy cooking on it - it is easy to clean - still getting use to 'how quick' it heats up.

I particularly enjoy the light weight of this wok. Stainless steel cleans up nicely and seems to be quick to heat.
