Dual guages make this thing perfect for anyone. It comes with a 15lb weight so you can adjust the heat to get the exact pressure that you want; or use a 10lb weight (sold separately) that regulates the pressure for you.

I use this a lot, the issue is the shipping, I can not find where its being shipped to , so am cancelling the order, in an attempt to send it to my daughter in another state,

one of the best pressure canners for me.

Best thing is the pressure gauge on top. No more guessing of how much pressure in canner . I blow one up that had no gauge on top and I got it to hot. So I will never can again with out a gauge on top for safety for me.

Bought this for my daughter she's very pleased with this pressure canner.

Alright for the price but could be better.

The instruction state to have the canner pressure tested after each use, this is unfeasible and ridiculous! The canner should have a 5, 10, 15 pound weight in case the gauge isn’t correct.

Pressure Canner

It is the easiest thing to use. It has very easy to understand directions.

I bought my pressure canner and cooker in 2010. It has worked perfectly all these years, but now it has leaks around the seal ring. I have no complaints about the design or the performance of my canner. I have never used the pressure cooker. I will recommend Presto canner to any of my friends.

Easy to use, but does scratch easily. Use appropriate cloth/scrubber for aluminum. Also, go have gauge tested at local extension office. My gauge was off by 2lbs vs weight so I had gauge checked & it was off

I've only used it 3 times so far. It's easy to use IF you spend the extra money to get the 3 piece pressure regulator that has 5, 10 and 15lb weight. If you don't have that you must use the 15lb weight that comes with the canner and rely on the dial gage and adjusting the heat constantly to regulate pressure, which is a pain if you're canning meats and such with long processing times. If the product included the 3 piece regulator I would probably give 4 or 5 stars. It's light weight and easier to maneuver than my old canner, but that also makes me wonder how well it will hold up over time. My old canner is over 50 years old and still in good shape, just need to find a sealing gasket that fits it so I can use it again.

Pressure Cooker!

We bought this in the 1980s. We lost it in a move but we'd like to replace it. It's a good value for the money and perfect for making tomato sauce, pickles, and lots more!
