Product appears to be as advertised, but I have to modify the door (I knew I would) and have yet modify and hang the door. Time will tell.

Excellent Service, Quality Product

The two doors arrived secured in a wood pallet and cardboard to prevent any nicks and dents. Both doors were in great condition. The doors were a little heavier in weight than I had expected but will serve the purpose nicely. The packing was particularly impressive and delivery was right on time. Transport company was also excellent to work with as they had to come back an additional time since we were not home on the first delivery try. I would definitely order again from Build.com

Great Door

This is a solid door and the price is very reasonable. It will be used as a barn door for my wife's pantry in the kitchen. I would buy this door again and I will buy from build Ferguson in the future.

Wonderful quality

Obsessed with these doors. They totally change the whole house. Well made- zero flaws in the many of them we ordered.

Beautiful door. There were a few dings and patchwork though, which is why I gave 4 stars. I was able to lightly sand it and paint to cover it up. Very happy with the look and delivery.

Third Party Supplier Messed Up

While the door itself is nice, it arrived slightly warped and the sides were not trimmed to specified width. Build.com refunded the price for trimming and I ended up trimming the door to width myself.

Wayfair is awful. Don’t ever purchase anything from Wayfair unless you want to pay for something that will arrive weeks late if it even ever arrives.

Looks great! The finish is very nice and it’s a good heavy door!

Doors were sold as trimable solid wood doors,the outer covering was a composite partical board material that splintered and flaked when cut

Excellent solid wood door. We have ordered many doors for our house and this one came the most well padded out of any of them. We have had doors arrive without even plastic wrapping them but thankfully his was not the case. The door was in pretty good condition. Not perfect but no major blemishes.

The only place I found that had this size in this style. All my interior doors are the style but nowhere had the small 18 size. As always wayfair came through with having what I need!

Perfect door to enclose a dining room turned home office. My client needed a home office and their only used once a year dining room was a perfect space and these doors gave her the private workspace she needs. They are nice solid primed doors. They're heavy but I know they'll last for years to come. They look awesome installed!

Cardboard

This door is cardboard covering a piece of pine on the edge. Please refer to the picture. If you are looking for wood doors these are not wood like it says in the descriptions.
