Loved my Primo Machine then 2 years later leaking

I am writing this review actually after 2 years. I ordered the item October 3 received it October 5 2022. October 18th 2024 it started leaking out of no where. After the 2 year warranty it started having problems. Up until this point everything was working awesome no problems. I actually loved this machine. Cold water at any moment. Hot water for instant coffee. Talking about love and now I am hurt 2 years later.

Looks and works great so far! Love having three temps with cool, cold and hot.

Garbage!

I have had this water cooler for less than 2 years and this morning, all the water spilled out onto my floor. It is unfortunate that it has a short life span, I have had previous coolers that l lasted me for 10 yrs.

I love my new Primo water cooler. Love the option of having three water temperatures. My order arrived damage free and the pickup was a breeze.

Must buy!!

Can't beat the price, and it works great. Don't ever rent one you'll save money by just buying this one. It does the same thing as any other one out there.

Works well the cold water is very chilled. The hot is hot enough for instant coffee, soup or oatmeal. Pleased with the purchase.

Disappointing

It randomly leaks. Also leaks every time I switch out the water gallon. It’s also super loud. I’m disappointed in this purchase…I already tossed the box it came in so hoping I can return it still or least exchange for a better one
