buying garbage

The worst glass enclosure I ever bought. I tried putting the door on either side, tried with new gaskets and does not stop the leaks. Thought I was doing something wrong and got my custom glass installer to try. Still no good. Tried calling the company cannot get thru for hours. My customer is fed up. Please tell me what to do next

Needed a small shower for a basement bath. This fit every requirement. Only complaint is that I wish it also came with the walls. Had to delay to get the back walls.

Need professional to assemble. Hinges not perfectly installed.

Do not buy. I ordered this on sale for $30.00 a roll. I ordered 2 rolls. Then they cancelled my ordered. Because they raised the price to $48.00 a roll. Wayfair what a scam, they should be ashamed

Poor engineering w the hinges and plastic seal strip for creases. You can find a better product for the money they want you to pay for this. Rail settings that hold the glass in place need better alignment settings.

Not installed yet, but so excited about the Prism Plus shower enclosure! Has the black shower pan and black hardware that I wanted. Will definitely bring my shower up to date.

Horrible customer service

Hard to install the unit perfectly unless it's in a perfect location with plenty space. The installation instruction is very hard to follow and misleading until you find it's too late. The 23 15/16 door opening is almost impossible to maintain unless it's in a perfect location with perfect walls in both sides. The base is too low that underneath pipes are hard to install. The customer service was terrible, they ask any and every details with photos, not to try to help you but as a way to find any mistake or imperfect point you made in order to avoid warranty.

It looks great, minimalist, thick glass of 10mm, however beware that no matter how well you install it, there’s still water coming out at the corner of the door on the side where the hinges are installed.

Leaking door

If you purchase this shower door you will want to consider using a rain shower head. Any water directed at the hinge side will leak through the hinge and surrounding area. The door is heavy and well made but a poor hinge design. Customer service has been great but can only do so much to help.

Beautiful addition to our bathroom! It did require a lot of assembly and directions not great - could have been easier! Took a few tries to get the door to hang properly. However, it does look great!

I love the look and with all the glass and clear edges my bathroom looks bigger. It was not easy with only pictures for directions. Also clear celophane would be nice on the glass when silicone is required.

Poorly designed

Two major problems with this door. #1 Leaks like a sieve at the bottom hinge. The way you’re instructed to cut away the sealing strip opens it up so water pours out we have a baggie taped tp the glass over the hinge to limit the amount of leakage. #2it is called a 36” shower and it is. Unfortunately the inside measurement you have to shower in is 31”. Going to have to live with it as it’s already installed. Only other option is to shower in my RV where the shower is roomier. Btw, it is very nice looking.

This DreamLine Shower enclosure is great. Good quality. Arrived on time, packed well. It is heavy!!! Buying the entire unit together, Glass and Base, makes everything fit properly.. Because of weight, installation requires more than one person. This shower made our bathroom remodel of a small space look and function really well.

The shower is nice and all. We spent hours trying to find something that was all black we finally found it ordered it and they have send us only the side pieces black and the rest chrome. This has ruined our whole design in the washroom. I need replacement pieces a soon as possible it is not clear how to get them.
