Molly bolts are crap

The product is beautiful and my wife loves it, but the Molly bolts are crap. I bought 2 of these and each comes with 3 Molly bolts. Of the 6 only 2 worked. I had to run to Home Depot and buy toggle bolts to hang the product properly. The Molly bolts did not extend behind the wall and therefore the backing did not hold properly. I contacted their “customer service” and all I got from them is that no one has ever said that before. I would not buy this product again.
