Beautiful but flimsy

I had to return the whole product. My installers couldn't screw the caps on (which hold the glass) ... they would stick halfway up, and pull the wiring!! I tried also, success with only one of them. Very flimsy.

Professionally mounted vanity light looks very good.

Nice look but cheap glass and bad service

One of the glass shades broke while installing, since the glass is cheap and paper thin. Light fixture looks nice and works so far, but be prepared to buy different glass shades, which adds to the cost. Don’t even think about contacting Progress Lighting as their customer service is horrible. I tried to order a replacement and, after numerous e-mails with Cynthia from Progress, she just ghosted me and wouldn't respond to any further e-mails. I guess she can't be bothered to help customers.

Forget contacting the manufacturer

One of the glass pieces randomly broke at 4am a few days after it was installed. When I tried to contact Progress Lighting about a replacement piece, I only got a voice message saying their system is now all digital, and to submit a ticket through a 3rd party website. Then I was informed they couldn’t help me because I bought the product at Hone Depot instead of through the company’s website. So there was no way to get them to honor the warranty! Fortunately Home Depot refunded the cost.

Sleek and modern

This fixture is sleek and modern. It was discounted being an open box, but was all there with no damage. It looks great and my wife was very pleased. I was able to install it by myself, but recommend two people do the job.

Love it fits perfect in space can be hung either way.
