this fixture was easy to install and very user-friendly. It is very modern and effective and makes my office look great! I have been looking for a mid century modern fixture for a while and this suited the space perfectly 

Installing this ceiling light was a breeze; I managed it in under 5 minutes, with no prior experience. The transformation it brings to the room is stunning, replacing outdated fixtures with a fresh, appealing look. The photo doesn't do the justice. It looks very nice and modern in real life. I use 5 of 60w bulb for it and it makes my room so bright. I like everything about it. But the reason I have to give it 4 stars is because it doesn't use regular light bulb but the small candelabra base type.

This light is stunning. The brushed nickel finish looks fantastic and the light is very durable. Installation was quick and easy. We used G style bulbs and this fixture puts off a ton of light. It really brightened up the room. I’m really impressed with this brand and fixture.

Compact and bright

The light has a nice gold tone - not flashy or too brassy. It is very compact and gives off a lot of light. Our ceilings are only 8 ft and I have a linen closet door that is raised and would hit most other lights. This light is only 5” from ceiling so this works well.

Quality is poor

Do not recommend the brass. I received this item and the brass color does not match what's advertised. It's very fake brass color. Also the quality is poor. It came with scratches on the tip like it had already been used. Extremely disappointing as this is my first purchase from Lighting New York.

Midcentury

Looking for midcentury modern fixture. This looks great in kitchen.

[Rewarded Review] Modern and sleek lighting

Really like the simple design of this light, and the finish is bright and easy to quickly dust. There is no frosted glass shades with this fixture. Which is fine, it’s easier to clean and makes it more sleek, with the bulb styles now it looks amazing and 5 lamps provides adequate lighting. It does use the smaller candlebra base lamps which I found there is a vast assortment of styles in that base.

[Rewarded Review] Great finish, nice size

While this light was shown as a flush mount option for bedrooms or hallways, we got it to replace the light in our closet. This light is a huge aesthetic improvement over the double fluorescent fixture that was installed by the builder. It looks nice on or off while still being tight to the ceiling.

[Rewarded Review] Nice modern light

I got this light for my work out room because I needed a ‘close to ceiling’ light so my weight machine bar wouldn’t hit it. The light does not come with light bulbs, so I decided to get the feit electric Clear Glass E12 Candelabra Vintage LED Light bulbs (model # T640/CL/VG/LEDHDRP/4)to give it a more modern look than Edison or other round bulbs. The light was well packed and shipped quickly. The light is very light-weight and easy to install. After I installed the bulbs, I really didn’t care for it – actually too modern and plain. I think that the round bulbs would definitely give it a little bit more style.

This light is super modern, almost space age. It's a nice Brushed Nickel finish, takes 5 light bulbs and is 16 inches across. I only had the two bulbs and don't care for them; I will pick up five Edison bulbs and it will then be perfect. Very easy to install and all parts are supplied. Progress Lighting has some excellent light options. It does not come with shades, just add fancy bulbs...

[Rewarded Review] Delayne 16 in. 5-Light Brushed Nickel Semi-Flush Mount Light

The Progress Lighting Delayne 16 in. 5-Light Brushed Nickel Semi-Flush Mount Light arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Now it talks about coming with Etched Glass Shades, which there were none in the box nor in the pictures on the website. So I don't know if that was just a typo. It is a very lightweight fixture and easy to install. Surprisingly it didn't come with lightbulbs so I had to order bulbs to go with it. We placed it over top of the dining room table, out with the old and in with the new. I gave it a 4 instead of a five because, it is so lightweight in design, that if you are not careful, you could easily bend it. It provides the same amount of light as the old, just in a different style.
