Looks lovely in our bathroom. Seems well made. Time will tell. Bought two.
Will not sit flush with old construction
Recommended ...YES, if you have new construction. With old construction you typically use existing wiring, but may have to move the outlet box. Old construction outlet boxes are held in by a rim around the outside of the sheetrock. The mounting plate of the fixtures are flat , therefor the protruding outlet box rim interferes with the mounting plate fitting flush to the wall. There leaves a small space which cannot be overcome. Not sure I'd can give it high marks when used during renovations.

Very modern looking in our remodeled bathroom. Plenty of lighting with or without recessed lights. Elegant, modern and very classy!! Just love it!
