nice mid century pendant

This pendant light gives a very nice mid century vibe. I love the simplicity and that you can pick the length of the pendant. The cord does have some kinks in it, so that's why it got docked a star. I think it should straighten out.

Nice midcentury pendant.

These are beautiful midcentury style pendants that we bought to go in a Midcentury home we were renovating. We used in the breakfast nook. They aren't the easiest to install. But very nice.

Don’t hang straight

While the lamp is good quality, the whole wasn’t centred in the glass and it is impossible to hang straight. We will be returning it and not replacing it due to the really lengthy shipping times for this product.

Simple and sleek pendant purchased for our breakfast area. Very happy with the finish and way more reasonably priced than many other globe pendants we looked at. This is a great buy for a mid century look.

As an interior designer I just keep coming back to this light. It is great quality, ships quickly and it's packaged well. I have never had one come broken. It is a great modern look or a perfect nod to mid-century modern decor.

would have liked a mounting detail that allowed for installation on a steeply pitched ceiling. There may be other fixtures like the globes I purchased that are comparable at a lower price but I didn't see any when I was shopping. Overall I'm happy and would use Lighting New York again.

Fantastic lights for a retro renovation or modern!

I bought 3 of these for a retro renovation in my kitchen over 4 years ago. These are surprisingly good quality for the money, easy to install and look great. They are easy to adjust the length and easy to change the light bulbs. And in my kitchen, over time, they got sticky, but cleaned up very easily. You can wipe them down with glass cleaner or remove the globe and wash it by hand. I would definitely by these again.

great fixture

I've been very happy with this item. It has a beautiful even glow and has tasteful minimal hardware/mounting pieces to complement the clean look of the white globe. Does not feel cheap, even though this item is hundreds less than other globe pendants i've seen online.

Replacing Retro Lighting

We purchased 2 of the 12" round globe fixtures to replace broken ones for a customer re-doing an older beauty shop. The entire place was remodeled but she wanted to keep the retro lighting. The ones we ordered from you were a perfect match. Your customer service is remarkable, as I mistakenly ordered 10" globes the first time. The order came in much more quickly than anticipated. This is a first-class business and will definitely be used anytime we need lighting.

Loved these lights.

Delivery was quick and lights are exactly what I wanted. They immediately made my hallway "retro" and provide just the "ambiance" I was looking for. We hung two in our hallway and one in the kitchen.....striving for mid-century modern look. When she saw them, my daughter said "they're just like the lights we had when I was a kid!" Mission accomplished!

Pleased

Pendant light was a replacement for a thirty-five year old light we had broken. It looks almost the same except the original had gold metal parts instead of white plastic. I can live with the white and the plastic. Arrived in excellent condition and was easy to install.

Replacing broken globe

A perfect match for the globes in our house. Very reasonable price for a quality product. Only needed the globe part, but no biggie.

THIN GLOBE MATERIAL

Unfortunately, the globe glass is much less substantial than the older fixtures, and one globe arrived broken. The glass is much thinner, and more fragile that the older fixtures.
