Incorrect base or Missing parts
There is no way that the base at the ceiling & the mounting parts would hold the light up there. The base is square - doesn’t match the diagrams. The problem is the size of the hole in that base at the ceiling. The center hole is too big & would fall down to the light. Nothing would hold the bracket up to the ceiling. I still have not got any help from Home Depot nor reached the manufacturer. Also, only 2 tiny screws hold the majority of the glass part. Seems flimsy for the price paid.

We absolutely love this light. My husband saw it on Wayfair and immediately knew it was the right piece for our front porch entrance. The glass is so elegant and makes it a timeless piece. It is large, so make sure you have enough ceiling height! Were so happy we bought it!
