Great rug, but buy the sample before you commit
The rug was thin & quite pretty as expected. However, the background color was not slate even though the name of the rug has slate in it and the rendering on my computer was definitely the color of slate. This rug was almost purple. It did not complement the rug in the adjacent room so I returned it for a refund. The quality seemed good. If you have a color scheme calling for muted purples with a lovely flower design, I would highly recommend this rug. But, I would also recommend that you order a sample before committing. I did not because I ordered the runner and the return shipment cost was less than the cost of the sample.
Provence Rug (Slate)
My rug is much lighter in color than as pictured, surprisingly thin. The floral design is rather muted compared to the picture.3

Hi, this rug is so beautiful that I bought two , one for each bedroom, as these rugs are cat scratch proof!!! I kid you not.

This rug is lovely. The colors are not as vivid/deep as shown in the photos as I had hoped, but does add a nice color in my foyer. It is thin-ish, definitely needing a decent thickness of under padding (not shown with a pad in the photos). I know some rug reviews talk about an odor....NONE with this rug. The delivery was excellent. The packaging was exceptional . This is the first time I have used High Fashion Home and couldn't be more pleased with both the service and rug. I will definitely use again. Thank you
