Great product! This model appears to be of better quality than the one I purchased 8 years ago. It fit perfectly in the same holes as the original which made installation simple. Thank you PULSE!

I replaced a 12 year old pulse showerspa with this one. It is not only much better looking but performs better than my old one. The handheld showerhead in particular is really nice, with a large amount of spray. Two minor complaints: the knob to switch from overhead shower to hand held to body spray doesn’t have click stops, so as you turn it you can go past the spot you need to be in. The second complaint relates to installation. The fitting that attaches to the threaded water pipe you insert into the wall, has flanges on it - making it easy to screw it in. However, I chose not to remove the threaded pipe that was already there and had to dig out the tile around the fitting to accommodate these flanges. And I couldn’t use either of the concealers to hide the attachment because of the flanges.

Overall a 7 out of 10, I ordered the same model as a replacement so the holes in the ceramic tile would work, however the jets are not as powerful. The replacement was installed in May 2022, now in December 2023 the chrome ring around the shower head has come off and will not stay on. I've reached out to the manufacturer for guidance, hopefully they will replace it, otherwise it will need.

We have had this system for a number of years and really like it. I love having the body sprays and the options for hand-held and overhead. Love being able to use two at a time. Main complaint is that the hand-held component does not go high enough relative to the top body spray. If the top body spray is where you would want it, the hand-held is too low.

customer support is fantastic and far exceeded expectation

I purchased the Pulse Shower Spa two years ago, and just finally finished the renovation of the bathroom. It looks great against the brown tile shower and operates perfectly. One of the hoses was not long enough and I contacted the customer support group to see if they had a matching hose connection. They responded within hours and sent me out a hose immediately without charge. I can tell you their customer support is fantastic and far exceeded expectation.

Works nicely, good value, and it was not hard to install, just make sure you have enough clearance for the rain shower portion, we didn't at first the way our show plumbing was configured so we used it in a different bathroom.

The instructions are horribly small and not very thorough. The bags of screws and washers were sealed yet the still were missing pieces. I was able to track down their You Tube channel and watch the instructional video which made things much clearer. So why do they not just put a QR code or link into instructions. Next I was not surprised when the double sided tape which is used to mount to the wall was also missing. The unit itself looks nice but the is not very sturdy.

This is a pretty shower. The black is perfect for my bathroom and goes well with the decor.
