Doesn’t get hot enough to sanitize

Doesn’t get hot enough to really clean - and definitely not sanitize. The instructions require you mop prior to using this to remove dirt, so the only function it could provide is sanitizing, really, but the motor isn’t strong enough to keep producing hot enough water vapor. It started not working - upon re-filling and turning on the power, the steam making feature just wouldn’t turn on. But then giving it a day or two, it would work. It altogether stopped working/wouldn’t turn on at all after about 13 months - which was right outside the warranty. I ended up spending more, but got a MUCH better steamer and I wish I’d done that from the start

Good purchase

Happy with my purchase. Steam is very hot. That makes effective but user must be careful not to get it on skin. Not for kids to use. Good price. I recommend it. I especially like all the attachments that make it versatile.

Doesn’t last 2 months

It worked great for the first two months and it stopped working pouring water out the end contacted walmart.com. They were contacting the seller never responded so walmart.com refused to do do not purchase this item. Do not ask walmart.com for help because they will not help you.

Well with the money.

Overall well worth the price. Minor issues; The cord wrap is toward the bottom, wrapping requires excess bending over; and my plug locking thingie was too tight to secure cord. But cleans well, steam quick and spare pad nice.

Not as advertised, do not recommend.

i couldnt wait to get it but sadly disappointed. It doesnt work like lickety split. if you dont have a rag with u every time u use the handheld part you're sol. If u go find one, by the time u get back it's dry so start over! The carpet steamer does not "freshen" everything %26 the floor mop...i have to go behind it manually to get up sticky stuff our sweet 3 yr old leaves behind. I would love to get my money back.

It cleans but

but it onky comes with one moooing pad and one smallwr pad, for the money it should have ar least came with 2 of each, cant use it anyway but upright bc of a design flaw. I do not recommend spending money on this steam cleaner

not worth it - get the bissell. pull off part with attachment to steam clothes, etc, is heavy and awkward to use. the mop does not seem to actually clean the floors. the mop pad never looks dirty after, and there are spots and streaks all over my floor. miss my bissell.

i read multiple online reviews from nationwide credible resources that placed this steam mop in the top 10 most reviews had it in top 5 for steam mops. this is my first steam mop/ steam cleaner ive used it twice and im on the fence about it i think it was hyped up more than it actually works. when it is full the detachable hand steamer is bulky and awkward seems like your holding it wrong the entire time and it certainly was not the lightest

Not worth the $

This mop doesn’t hold up to the job. The bristles on the attachment for crevices were flattened and unusable after a couple uses. I tried to return to Walmart and Aterian Direct. Walmart doesn’t stand behind online sellers. I didn’t know this was fulfilled by a 3rd party until this issue arose. Aterian said they would not refund but would send a new one. New one never arrived.

Love it. Clean floors for baby

Works great for a small kitchen and living area. Wish the tank was just a little bigger. But it came with so many attachments and the hand held attachment is easy to use. I prefer corded appliances because the battery life on the cordless is usually terrible no matter the brand.

Obsessed!

This steam mop is awesome! It works like a charm and I was able to cover my living room, hallway, and kitchen all on one fill up of water. It steams up pretty good and even though it corded, you can still cover a good amount of area. I love the 2 in 1 handheld steamer feature as well. If you’re looking for a good steam mop that won’t hurt your pockets, this is it!

amazing

I wanted a bissel steamshot but they dont make them anymore so I got this. I was taking care of wormy kittens and I didnt think that my usual chemicals were doing the trick at killing the eggs so I needed a steamer. This thing heats up so fast and the water definitely last longer than advertised. I only burnt myself once lol. I will definitely be adding this into my weekly routine!

Powerful little machine

Great tool for small to medium tasks. This is also wonderful if this is first time trying out an all in one steamer. This cleans very well without the use of chemicals.

Very bad customer service!!!

I really love the product until it just suddenly stopped working, bought mine last March and after 2 months i cannot use it anymore. And what's saddend me more is that no one is helping me with my concern, i reach out to walmart they said i should contact the manufacturer, i contact again and they said i should contact the insurance since i ALSO avail the extended warranty for this product buy still no luck bec the insurance is telling me that the item is still in warranty. I tried to contact the manufacturer again and no response, i wish they have better customer service...

AWESOME MOP AND BETTER PRICE

This mop was much cheaper than the Shark and it works just as well, if not better. I have owned several Shark steam mops and I will not own another as long as I can purchase one like this that works as well or better and saves me money! FYI- ONLY USE DISTILLED WATER because otherwise you will have clogged lines after a few months due to the stuff in regular water.

great mop

I liked how the mop quickly cleaned the whitish grout on my kitchen floor,did a great job however The grout brush is already looking used and squished from my one time use .I assumed I could buy some replacement grout brushes online but the only accessory you can buy are the mop pads, no grout brushes ,so this was a disappointment. however I like how well the mop works , it would be a 10 if o ly they offered accessory replacements.

Removed built up residue

Honestly, I thought my floors were clean before using this steamer. Used both mop pads for my kitchen alone and both came out black. Extremely surprised by the amount of dirt it loosened and picked up. Recommend

Leaks bad

I was really excited to get this. Especially for the different attachments and other things it could do. Seems to (so far) work properly to steam floor, however, leaks like no other if I try to do the window cleaning attachment etc.

Great power

The Steamer is very powerful. I love the cleaning strength it has. It's very loud especially when using the handheld. The Handheld works great except when using it on tile, there is no long handle, so you have to bend over.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The mop works fine. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I tried to get extra brushes for my 10in1 but since I didn’t buy directly from them they won’t help me. Even though I bought their product!!
