This works very well. The mop head has two sides for a complete cleaning. Water heats fast. I like it.

Screw Up

I like Shark products. I've used them over the years and has been very satisfied. This one however, when it came, the screw for the handle was already installed in the machine and I did not realize it, so trying to use the product without it, only meant, the handle will fall off. However, I youtubed how to assemble the product, and low and behold, yes there was a screw to be injected, so on closer inspection, the screw was discovered and properly installed. Now the mop works beautifully. I must say though, if I were to make another purchase of a steam mop, I would go for the one that does not need pumping

Suuuuucks

This is the worse steam mop I’ve had. It’s not easy to push around, you have to use your back muscles to push the handle down for the stem to come out not to mention the cloth slides all over. Over all would not recommend, especially if you have spine issues

This mop drives me absolutely nuts. I expected so much better from Shark. Whoever designed this should be canned. You can’t hang it in your closet like you do your brooms and other cleaning things. The handle is the wrong way so you have to just sit it on the floor somewhere in your closet or wherever.. The stream also does not come out evenly on the floor. If my lights aren’t turned on bright enough I will miss half the floor. I will mop and area and turn at a different angle and there is a sometimes a thin wet stripe down the floor and nothing else has been touched on either side. So I have to do it again and it takes more time out of my day. I never see steam, I just hear it. This may or may not be normal, I dunno. Don’t waste your money on this one. Just buy a higher quality and model or just use a different brand.

Cleans but it can't stand

I think it cleans well and I like the double sided mop head a lot. What could make this a 5 for me would be that it could stand up alone. It must be set against something if you have to walk away for a second. It falls down otherwise. Performance is good enough but it could be so much better with that improvement

This is my second Shark steam cleaner and they make a great product. My first one lasted for years so I didn't even look at any other products when it was time to replace it. This one has more features than my last one and I love it.

So disappointed.

I had it shipped as my husband has Alzheimer’s and I have difficulty shopping in stores. I couldnt believe FedEx would deliver a package that was heavily taped to just hold it together! A big chunk of the box was missing and only thing keeping mop in box was more tape!! Not even going to open it. When I called Walmart customer service center I was told I had to take it back to Fedex. They insisted that was my only option. Unbelievable!!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

I had first bought a Black and Decker steam mop which was horrible! The water ran straight through and it didn't steam. i got s refund on it and bought the Shark steam mop which is absolutely a dream! It cleanse very well and it steams to remove everything including sanitizing your floors. This is definitely worth the price compared to the awful Bissell.

Shark Steam Pocket Mop is Junk

I owned and used a Shark Steam mop that lasted about 20 years. This newer version is junk. Don't buy it. Just after warranty ran out it stopped working. I had only used it a few times. It never steamed well, then just wouldn't heat up at all. I should have purchased the inexpensive extended warranty, but I did not. It still would have been junk, though. It did not meet expectations and I would not recommend it.

I have laminate floors in most of my place, and two dogs. I hate mopping. I don't want to fill a bucket with water and do the math to mix cleaning solution. I don't want a wet mop head sitting around. I don't want to deal with a wet floor, or slopping semi-dirty water back onto the floor. I don't want to deal with any of that. With this, I don't have to! Super easy to use. Very effective. It's actually almost entertaining to watch the floor get clean. Minimal aftercare necessary. Simply find a place for the dirty pad to dry. You get two, so you have a backup and can wash them both at once. The floor doesn't stay wet at all. The pad turns black. It's amazing.

The Shark steam mop is easy to use and cleans the floor better than any other mop I’ve used. It exceeded my expectations.

Priced fair perfect size works amazing steam clean and sanitizes floors. Great if you’re a pet or owner or have high traffic on your hardwood floors.
