Easy to work; not heavy

My second Black and Decker handheld! The first lasted about 10 years. This one has as much suction as the first and looks like it might be easier to clean out. I use mine for shredded kleenex when I forget to empty pockets on laundry day; dusting along edges of flooring/molding; window sills; spider webs and anything dry that has dropped on the floor. Very convenient for small jobs so I don't have to get the large vacuum out.

Annoying design flaw, but great vacuum

This is a very good product with an amazingly silly engineering design flaw that quickly becomes annoying. The charging socket is merely glued to it circuit board (and quite poorly done at that) so essentially only the two foil-thin terminals are all that holds it in place (until they snap) while you connect/disconnect the charging plug. We jiggled a charge in for about two years and then that didn’t work. Today, I made an ad hoc repair but I wish I was able to get the assembly to fix it correctly.

Has short running time even on a full charge to begin with. Now only holds a charge for less than a minute.

This is the perfect little hand held vaccine for small messes. Easy to use, does a great job suctioning up a mess, light weight, long lasting battery and easy to empty! I do wish it was a bit smaller

Good quality

The last one I had it worked for about 4.5 years and then the battery slowly doesn’t hold a charge anymore, but I use it a lot because I run a daycare.

I have had many hand held vacuums and this is by far the best! Love the retractable wand, easy to clean and recharge. Highly recommend.

I love this vacuum!!! Quick clean up and strong suction, long battery, a little bit noisy but that means the suction is strong. My husband loves it and use it everyday to clean
