Noisy

Constant gurgle noise. Impossible to sleep. The positive is it definitely puts out a cool mist.

Malfunctioning humidifiers

I purchased 2 of the same item roughly 2 years ago. On one unit the air comes out, however no mist. The other unit is producing an annoying buzzing sound, however mist is coming out! I see the warranty is up to 5 years. How can we all rectify this?? i would like to see the warranty go in place.

Received Used

I ordered this humidifier online, and received it used. Had pink/orange crust in the inside and covered in hard water spots. I returned it to Kohl's store, telling them it was used, and went home and ordered another. I somehow just received the SAME used humidifier as the first time.

The best humidifier I’ve ever used!

We’ve been using our new humidifier for about 3 months now, and we love it. It’s super quiet unlike other humidifiers we’ve used in the past. Large tank is also very nice. You don’t have to worry about refilling it as often. The time option is very convenient as well. And we love its sleek, contemporary look!

Worked great for ~3 years

I bought this humidifier in 2021 -- it worked wonderfully up until this week, when it suddenly stopped turning on. Prior to that, I had no issues with the functionality and was very happy with it. Thankfully this product has a warranty and I'm able to get a replacement!

Great price for Hume Top Loader humidifier

Very happy with this product. Works great for my post nasal drip at night. Can’t go without it. Upon washing the spring on the bottom fell down the drain so I called customer service. So accommodating. I would recommend this product highly!

Best Humidifier and Customer Service Out There

We received a humidifier as a gift and then bought a second one since we loved it so much. The HUME Max Top Fill Humidifier is quiet, has multiple settings for mist, and is super easy to fill. Also has a nifty nightlight option you can set along with a handy timer. We were bummed when one of these humidifiers no longer produced mist so contacted customer service and sent some photos of the issue with our email...and within a week, we had a new unit. SUPERB customer service - prompt, professional, and top-notch. This is the only brand of humidifier we will EVER use again. THANK YOU!

This is a fantastic humidifier that I would recommend to anyone. The Pure Enrichment customer service is superb and very helpful.

Works wonderfully! I like that you can set a timer for run time. It has really helped keep some humidity in the house! And, it’s so easy to clean and fill! Just what I needed!

Great buy

This humidifier is the most efficient I’ve bought to date. Very quiet and the top fill is so convenient to fill. The ‘night light’ feature is a nice touch as well. Highly recommend as I bought two of them.

Broken

When it was filled with water, it all leaked out on the floor. My son took it apart to see if he had it put together correctly and there was a broken part in the bottom.

Very useful features!

We had this humidifier on our wedding registry and received this as a gift over a year ago. We really enjoy how quiet it is, the timer feature, and you can access a nightlight with it as well. After using this humidifier for the last 1.5 years, it began to leak. I contacted customer service and was responded to in 1 day. All I had to do was send in some photos and I received a replacement in less than a week! Great customer care.

I received this humidifier as a gift for a housewarming gift from my son. He has one, and is very satisfied with it, for that reason, he purchased one for me. I love the three settings, the automatic shut off and the appearance of the humidifier.
