Someone use my card without my permission? Why?

Second one I've had to return for defective crank. Works for a few months then the cord comes out all frayed and crank no longer works to raise the umbrella. Really very incoveient to have to return especially when you no longer have the long box it came in.

I bought two of these umbrellas and they both shaded very well and covered the area very well very good quality for the price

This was a very well made umbrella. The material is tough as it's taken a few falls and survived. The color was a brilliant red, very striking. The price was amazing , and it arrived quickly. You won't go wrong with this one.

Outstanding umbrella at a great price. After getting it home and placed in its stand I decided to purchase a second one. The quality of the material and the crank mechanism is 5 star!

Total Garbage

The cord that attaches to the crank broke and it was too late to return it so I had to throw it out. A total waste of money. I only used it maybe 5 or 6 times.

Nice, well made. Ask me after we’ve use it a couple times.

the retaining clip that holds the bars in place popped out already and I'm having to figure out how to put it back in to hold the bars in place so the umbrella stays open

Faded

I've had this umbrella for 3 months and the topside has completely faded to an off white color. The quality of the umbrella is wonderful.

Lasted about a week before it was destroyed by a light wind. 2 stars for the price and it looks nice.

Poor quality, but relatively cheap price. Sadly, broke inside 30 days. Not worth the trip to return for the refund. No time or way to get it there.

Not as expected

This is rectangular and not even when down. There is nothing to tie it down when lowered. It blows around a lot. I’m worried it won’t work long

Junk

Piece of junk. Came broke and needed that day for party. Fixed the one side that broke and then another side broke. Threw it in the trash that night

too large for my table. I have to lift it up to turn the hand crank- I'm 73!

Broke in 3 months

This umbrella was great and I loved using it on my patio, until the interior mechanism that cranks the umbrella up and down broke in three months of use - of course, just past the return window. I unscrewed the housing and found that a piece of plastic in the mechanism had broken into many pieces. This was the case even though the umbrella is in a heavy base and has never fallen over or been knocked into anything. Unfortunately, this umbrella turned out to be a piece of junk.
