As soon as I took this umbrella home it fell apart. Two of the rods just snapped. I am afraid to take it back first because of the worst customer service I have ever received at your store and second what good would it do if your products are so badly made.

Even with the flaps and opening at the top, a sudden gust of wind did catch one of our umbrellas and tipped the table over with it. Hence, we bought these replacements because we do love the color and quality.

Won't hold up in wind or weather.

Pole doesn't sit straight up when assembled. The plastic fittings were either too big or just too small to hold it secure. The outer layer of the base feels like low-quality plastic and bubbles around when you touch it. The pole is very thin metal and it dented when tightening the screw to hold it up for the first time, no hole for the hardware to fit through. The umbrella string barely held it open- if there was any wind or someone bumped it, it would collapse. The only thing I like is the blue color of the umbrella.

Missing the pole...

Relieved the umbrella top and base but missing the pole in the middle. Reached out to kohls and was advised to contact the manufacturer....no assistance to replace the missing piece and it can't be used without it.

Loved the umbrella at first until only 2 weeks later the crank broke on it...sadly returning it to the store.

Missing Items!

I ordered 2 sets of these, so I’m supposed to receive 2 umbrellas with 2 base but instead only received 1 umbrella without a base and so I’m missing another umbrella and 2 base!

If you have limited space, measure first.

I liked it very much, but it was too tall for my space. It was as advertised. The color was very nice. It was just too tall for the area and I didn’t want to cause any damage. I live in an apartment.
