The item received is not 24", but rather 19.88" and I'm having trouble with the return process.

We were looking for something sturdy but not necessarily “luxury” quality—we found items at some big box stores that had no heft at all and some higher quality pieces at remodel stores that were out of our price range. This line from Kohler was just right. Quality and simplicity combined. Just what we needed. Looks great in our newly renovated bathroom.

Kohler Towel Bar

Was easy to install, looks very nice, and has the quality you can depend on from Kohler.

DO NOT BUY! This item is being advertised by Wayfair as a Kohler “Components” towel bar, and the picture shown is of a “Components” towel bar, but that is not what is shipped. I received the wrong item twice. It is a Kohler Kumin towel bar and they are not the same. I tried repeatedly to explain this to whoever was emailing me (it may have been the seller), but it’s still being sold on Wayfair’s website as a Kohler Components towel bar. The screenshot is of a real Kohler Components towel bar.

Looks great with all the other parts we got.
