Missing parts so product was not able to be installed. I trusted Kohler. Ordered 3 shower trims and 2 had missing parts. Ordered 6 faucets and 2 had missing parts.

Wil always look wonky. Nothing worse than straight line that isn’t straight . As it loosens it bends towards wall as well.

Love the purist collection

Purist always looks modern clean and classy in any bathroom. I use it on many new built projects

Just as advertised. However, I was a little disappointed that the valve didn't have shut offs in it. I had to add individual shut offs for it.

Horrible water pressure

My contractor just installed this very expensive system in my home an it has horrible pressure. It literally has barely enough pressure to push it out of the shower head. So disappointed that I may have to throw away thousands of dollars to replace it and it is two days old.

Keep an Allen wrench close

We built a new home with Toll Bros and paid big bucks to upgrade to Purist throughout the house- it looks fantastic. One big problem is the shower mixing valve handles fall off every couple of weeks

Nice looking, but leaking at ball joint within a few months

These are nice looking shower heads, but within a few months all 3 are leaking at the ball joint. One is spraying outside the shower... poor quality. Support was helpful to replace all 3. I'll try one more time, but now I have to pay a plumber to re-install them.

Matte Black chipped after 6 mos... and only getting worse

Installed Sept. 2021..I did not know whether to give 2 or 3 stars. I gave 2 because I am so disappointed. The Good: This shower system is BEAUTIFUL! This modern design was exactly what I was looking for in our new bathroom. The black matte really adds to the modern look I was going for. The shower head provides PERFECT water pressure (IMO). The functionality is also great in theory, although the tub drain system is very flimsy and my kids play with the drain all the time. The Bad: The black paint/lacquer chipped off the shower handle within a couple months! I purchased Kohler because I thought it was excellent quality and trusted name brand recognition. I chose matte black for the modern look to match our bathroom decor. I did not anticipate that it would chip within 6 months on the handle or that the tub drain would chip then peel off and now my 'new' shower looks like cheap crap. Also note in photo, our Kohler brand tub came with the logo emblem having mold/moisture already under it. Our contractor installed it before I realized I could not fix this blemish but would I have turned it away only to slow down the project for who knows how long? That has also only gotten worse over time.

Excellent

This is the best shower head I have ever had in my home. It is as good as at any 5 star hotel. Really great system couldnt be happier. Regarding the install complaints other people wrote about - my plumber had zero issues installing it. Easy if you know what you are doing.

Great System

I own this system and spec it for clients all the time. The setup looks great and the silicon head fronts make our very hard water easy to clean off.

This is so hard to assemble that 2 plumbers have been working on it and it's still not installed properly. The instructions make it look easy, but it is maybe the most difficult shower trim to install I've ever seen. It's still not in so we are trying again for the fourth day! It is for a client, and I don't want to have to pick something else and waste yet more time. There were parts missing from the first one and we got those but it still isn't an easy install.

It’s plastic!!

I ordered this and the head is plastic! Very cheap. Nowhere on the site does it say this. Now I have to return it and find something else while I delay my remodel and my contractor.

Would purchase again.

Instructions aree vague

I would really line to see Kohler instructions specific to the model being installed. Its very confusing. I'm having trouble with both the handle and plate as well as the transfer valve with this same cross handle trim
