Works very well. My smaller version malfunctioned after a year (we do have a huskey and a Great Pyrenees) and they immediately shipped me another one. Additionally they upgraded me for free since I was already looking to buy the larger version. Fantastic support and product
My new PuroAir 400 is
My new PuroAir 400 is more powerful than the air purifier that it replaced, yet it is quieter. I was almost intimidated by the size of the package as it was so huge, but as I unpacked it I realized that it was due to being so securely packaged. The filter is not obtrusive and is whisper quiet. I had some questions about the delivery date and the staff was very responsive and polite. In short, I am thrilled with my air purifier.
