I bought this for my grandma who has arthritis. She didn’t want something that set on her counter and couldn’t get the bigger automatic ones to work. She loves the ease of this and that it will fit in a drawer. Highly recommend!

Opens all sizes of bean cans and odd shaped sardine cans with little or no effort. Now Walmart would lower the prices of senior citizen staples to before COVID we would be living large with onions on our pre scavenger meals.

I used it one time and I liked it. The second time I used it, It didn't stop running after the can was opened. I had to remove a battery to stop it. The can was a small diameter asparagus can. I thought maybe that was the problem. It was a few hours later I went out to the kitchen and heard it running. No one had touched it after I had stopped it before. It was very warm, and the case was melting. I removed the batteries. I can't return it because it is 18 days past return date. I wanted a good quality can opener because I am losing strength in my hands to use a manual opener.

Great little can opener.

This is a great can opener. It works great on all sized cans that I have used. Just set it on the edge of the can, push the button and watch it go. I love that it does not create a sharp edge. If you're one of those people who recycles, reuses, the cans have smooth edges and the lids can be fitted back on for a removable top.

This is the perfect can opener! It works just fine, and is red, my favorite color!

Much better than using our electric can opener

All you do is put 4 AA batteries in it, hold the metal cutting blade against the outside of the can, press the white button on top of the machine to start it and watch the cutter go around the can to cut it open. It stops automatically when its finished cutting the can open. Remove the machine from the top of the can. Pull the top of the can straight up. You'll need some strong fingers or maybe the edge of a knife or side of a fork to help remove the top. The lid and can are completely smooth so you won't cut yourself. I opened a can of pears, ate half of them, put the cover back on the can to save them instead of putting the pears in another container and ate the pears the following day. You just have to remember that you cut the can open or you might dump the contents on the floor or else where. Super great machine . Even cuts cans open with pull tabs on them.
