Great for homeschooling...

I have one of these at work and we needed one at home because we homeschool our children and needed a good whiteboard. We picked the brilliance white magnetic. The only think is you need strong magnets for the board. We got the 8x4ft. It was delivered fright and it was only one person. When he got it off the truck it flexed, but the glass is intact. It didn't have the hardware with it, so I called quartet and they sent a set out, free of charge.

8'x4' Glass Board shattered on us twice

We ordered the 8'x4' board. The 1st one broke during shipping. The company replaced it. This time it arrived in one piece, but it shattered under its own wait as my installation crew was moving it into place. I'm shocked to see how thin this glass is and how much it flexes. There is nothing stronger attached to the glass to support it from the back. I thought there would be a metal sheet or something. Nope! - Never again!

Never again

Defective manufacturing and continued poor customer service. I purchased the glass whiteboard with defective bolts and keep getting no response / the run around.

Bad customer service - defective bolts for hanging etc.

in theory great but you would think they would provide an extra bolt promptly instead of requesting photos be sent to a general inbox... which the customer service rep 'does not have access to'

Product changed

Purchased previously and I'm annoyed that the colors and hole placements have changed. Still a good product I guess, but completely useless to me now as it was supposed to be a replacement

Quality White Board

The board looks great especially since we put LED lighting behind it. It is also magnetic so you can put things on the board with a magnet. Since it's glass it's super easy to keep clean.

Okay but not exceptional

The magnet does not always hold. The round clips holding the board are alot bigger than you think based on the picture.

Damaged twice during transport

Excellent price. Could not get a better price online. It also came with rebate program. Good value for money. Easy to order. Since i did not get shipping info, i contacted customer service and immediately received the shipping info. Excellent customer service. The board came with mounting accessories and template. If you follow the instructions, easy to mount. It is a 2 person job though as the glass board is heavy. Target white board markers works well with the board. The marker and magnets that came with the board work well. Good long term investment

Mounting kit is defective

DO NOT USE THE INCLUDED MOUNTING KIT. It's the cheapest trash I've ever seen. The HUGE drywall anchors Quartet supplies leave gaping holes in the drywall (and anyway slip right out). I don't know what the screws are made of but I was able to break one with my hands. Now I have a bunch of holes to patch! Thanks Quartet!

Would buy from them again

Great product. Box was damaged a little in shipping and mounting hardware was lost. Customer service sent a new set out a week later. Overall excellent service.

Whiteboard is great once on the wall; 4'x3' board is difficult to mount with provided hardware.

Included drywall mounting kit needs a lot of improvement.

Will love using this for years

Beautiful product! A bit of a pain to set it up because it's glass and you need to be sure, but absolutely worth it.

My only issue is the standoffs could be made sturdier. Other than that the board is bright white and looks great on the wall.
