Great product

Ordered Serta 3” thick queen size mattress topper. It arrived fast, in original Serta cardboard box with the topper packed in Serta-labeled blue zipper bag inside the box. Upon unpacking, the topper spread to its intended shape and thickness within just an hour or so, but I waited for 48 hours before using it anyway, per instructions. There were no noticeable smells from it. I put it on a mattress and covered with a mattress pad for even better comfort and for thermal insulation – no issues with overheating at all. The topper molds to your body shape, but returns to its original form fast after you move to another spot. I can sleep comfortably on the back or on the side without hip pain that I experience without topper. Would highly recommend it!

My husband and I are enjoying our new mattress topper from Walmart!! It is really comfortable and we seem to sleep cooler at night now. Great buy!!

This topper quickly inflated to full size after I unwrapped it. I’ve been sleeping so much better with this! Our mattress is old and needs to be replaced but I decided to try a topper to hold us over a bit longer. This one (2 inches) is nice and thick. It supports my pressure points and I don’t wake up sore like before.

Wish I had a picture of mine , we had to get rid of it cause we need a new one but I slept like and angel the comfort and support is Amazing . It supports my back so great and it can last thru my grandkids then it can go thru anything . Very breathable when laying on it and you definitely get your moneys worth!!!

WORTH THE PRICE

I WAS SCEPTICAL THE PRODUCT WAS GOING TO BE WORTH IT BUT IT SURE WAS. IT HAS MADE OUR BED MORE COMFORTABLE, AS MY HUSBAND AND I WERE COMPLAINING OF SHOULDER PAIN. WE TRIED DIFFERENT PILLOWS AND IT DIDN'T HELP. SO WE GOT THE Serta Thermagel 2" Cooling Memory Foam Mattress Topper AND IT HAS HELPED US NOT HAVE SHOULDER PAIN. WE DID HAVE TO ADJUST TO OUR BED BEING 2 INCHES HIGHER, BUT IT IS WORTH IT.

Pain reliever!

Bought this for my mom after using one myself. i have arthritis and joint pain. sleeping on memory foam really helps relieve pressure points making it easier to sleep. i dont wake up numb in places anymore. its not a cure all but it is a life changer!

Very Comfortable!

We bought a queen size for our guest bedroom and liked it so much we bought a king for the master bedroom. Very comfortable. Just what our aching joints needed. Good pressure relief.

Price was great, quality not as much

This was a great price, on sale it was 21 bucks. The shipping was really fast. Received it in 2 days. It was packaged in a box and inside the box it was inside of a zippered bag. That was pretty nice. Open this and let it expand before putting it on the bed. The next day went to gran it to add to the bed that had been cleaned beforehand.

Product arrives in brown box and generic cellophane wrap. Nothing says Serra! Prob returns, new old stock or factory seconds else advertiser lied about brand

As described and thicker than I imagined. Fluffed up to stated size within 24 hours. Did have a mild chemical scent that dissipated within a day. Laying on the topper is like laying on a supported cloud. I am enjoying it immensely. Worth every penny!

Unhappy With Condition

I purchased the 2 inch version and it came in perfect condition, original Serta box, Serta zipper cover, and instructions. I am so pleased with it that I decided to buy this 3 inch version. It came today and was not wrapped and sealed like the 2 inch one. And it did not have the Serta zipper bag, and no instructions like the 2 inch one. I don’t know if it was a return or used one. It was shrink wrapped strangely, not like the 2 inch one. I’m sending it back tomorrow and will order another one and hope to get a new one.

Perfect in every way

Absolutely amazing! At last this mattress topper has made our guest room bed desirable to sleep on. Very soft and comfortable. We put it on our new medium firm mattress and it became a game changer the first night our son slept on it. Being very picky about his sleep he gave 5 stars to Serta 2" mattress topper.

Extremely Disappointed!

I wa excited to finally receive my Serta Thermagel Memory Foam Topper so I could let it rise to start good night sleeps, hopefully. I received it only minutes ago. You can see it's wrapped in Saran Wrap and the outer Serta bag is not included. I'm sure this has already been returned by someone else and looks to be old due to the yellow oxidation that is very noticeable. Pictures say it all. I am extremely disappointed in whomever passed this items quality testing or whomever accepted the return, only to pass it on to another paying consumer. Good on ya Walmart/Serta. I will be returning this item (Queen size) probably where they will keep passing it on to another consumer. DO YOUR JOBS PROPERLY PEOPLE and this wouldn't be happening.

[Rewarded Review] Not a Fan

I’m disappointed in the thickness and the memory foam feel. It’s not much like the memory foam one I had cause it’s not comfortable. I had a 4inch but needed a new one, so I decided to get 3 inch. I would sink in the 4 inch and it felt great. Now I’m waking up with my back hurting again! I would send it back but you can’t shrink them back down, so I’m stuck with it now! I wish I had spent a little more money for better quality!!!

was only 1.5"

im pretty sure it was used before. yellow spots, only cling wrap holding rolled up. not srink wrap like directions said. mattresses didnt have straight edges. wasnt right size, after 72hours was only 1.5" high i masured in 4 spots some were only a 1". walmart.com wouldn't return. after 72 hours of having it.
