[Rewarded Review] Super comfort

Years ago I purchased this mattress pad and it made the bed so much softer. It is like sleeping on a cloud. My daughter purchased a mattress and I sent this mattress pad to her. Her words..."I am sleeping on a cloud!"

Disappointing

I was excited to receive this item, because it advertised it is not as hot as the regular pillow top/mattress pad, and the reviews stated it was good for hip pain side sleepers. Not so on either count: it was too warm, and although it helped somewhat with the pain, it did not help it entirely. The return of it, thus far, is going smoothly.

Comfortable

Thick soft pad. Does add height to a mattress which makes my sheets not fit the greatest because I have a very tall Avocado mattress. A+ for comfort. Not sure if it's my new sheets or the pad but it is warmer than no pad-will have to wait until use it longer. In use ~2 months.

not as cushy as I hoped

Huge mistake on my part not buying this in person. It is not thick or cushy and adds no value. Has no impact on comfort at all. Do not buy something like this online. I was unable to get to a store and needed a cover quickly and this was a huge disappointment. If you are looking for any soft pillow top to make your bed more comfortable do not buy this

This is the 3rd mattress pad we've bought from eluxury. The quality is the best. The price is fair. The solid plush doesn't shift once on the mattress. Has deep enough pockets to fit over our new sleep number flex bed. Washes well. If not. They guarantee to replace it, which they did to our 1st pad! Excellent product and company. Only a fool would pass on buying this for an inferior mattress pad.

Soft and Comfortable.

I bought this thinking I was replacing my "extra thick mattress pad" that was worn out (my 3rd) because I could not find my usual product on the website. I am happy to report that there is virtually no difference. I am pleased with the comfort and the thickness of this pad. I highly recommend.

Comfy, my husband loves it!

I was happy to receive my bamboo mattress pad so quickly. I bought this same pad 6 years ago for my split king mattress when it was made in the USA. It is still going strong. I bought this one for my husband's side of the bed & he loves it. Now that the pad is made in China instead of the USA, I hope it holds up as well. My only complaint is the package, delivered by FedEx, was not delivered to my front door but left in an outside unsecured public area with heavy foot traffic. I was not home but an observant neighbor noticed the unattended package and notified me. I get many deliveries from UPS & USPS and they always leave packages at my front door. I am disappointed in FedEx. This is the 3rd time this has happened. If I order from eLuxury again, I would ask them to ship with a different carrier.

A mattress pad! Not bamboo polyester 100%

First there’s no bamboo anything. It’s polyester and puffy. It’s a very nice mattress pad. I had to buy a gel pad to put underneath it. Now it’s what I want. It is made in China and you can wash it. Nice quality not as thick as I expected for the price $98.00. But it’s also guaranteed. So I can wash it.hopefully. I am happy now. But really they need to tell the truth and say exactly what it is. It’s a good product. I am taking off 1 star because of the bamboo and just a mattress pad. It’s 100% better than my old mattress pad. But that is what it really is a nice one.

[Rewarded Review] Great Mattress Pad

Have a been using this pad for a little over a week and am very happy. We have a comfortable mattress with a memory foam topper. Mattress had two issues, in the fall/winter the memory foam would be cold and secondly the memory foam would get hot. When looking for a pad we did extensive research and was directed to eLuxury. We were looking for a pad that would act to neutralize our memory foam, cold getting in and the heat. With the eLuxury topper we found that. While our current mattress was comfortable the bamboo mattress pad made it even more comfortable and provided my wife and I with a very comfortable sleep. Another great advantage with this pad is that it is made domestically by a company founded by a veteran, so we were able to give back as well.

I LOVE the bamboo mattress pad we purchased to help with pressure points in my hips and shoulders while sleeping on a firm mattress! I love the combination of the firm supporting mattress and this pad. We tried very expensive memory foam toppers and other Mattress pads that just didn’t give the comfort I was looking for. I LUCKILY came across a site reviewing mattress pads and this ez luxury bamboo pad was listed; so I searched it and read lots of reviews and decided I’d try. I have had the best sleep! The quality of the product was above my expectations and the customer service at this company is exceptional! I highly recommend both this product and this company!

Very comfortable decent quality product

I bought this mattress pad on June 1, 2020 and It arrived pretty quickly. Right away I could tell it makes a difference in terms of cushy softness of the bed. The quality is definitely not your product from China. My only complaint is that the mesh material that acts like a fitted sheet already has a hole in after 1st use despite me being very careful stretching it over the mattress. This needs to be reinforced-it is too fragile for it's purpose. All in all 4 starts if you can figure out how to keep the pad sliding a bit. Perhaps use deep fitted sheet tucked under the mattress tightly.

Nice, but needed some tweaking

I thought I liked firm mattresses, they feel great to me short term, 1/2 hour or so, but not through the night, I wake up sore.

Bamboo Mattress Cover/topper

I have an earlier Tempur-pedic mattress (2009). I think their life expectancy is 20 years. Buying the mattress when I did the concept was still fairly new to the market so I paid a lot for it. I can't justify replacing it. Since the purchase date this mattress sleeps hot! Once I fall into a deep sleep I am awakened from the heat generated from the non breathable mattress. I have placed two mattress covers on top of the mattress and that seemed to help. It was time to replace the mattress covers and while searching I stumbled onto the eLuxury site. I like that it is an American based company and owned by a Veteran. I need to be warm but not hot and I need the breathability this bamboo mattress cover/topper provides. Very comfortable.

Best, but...

I've had mine for about three months, and it's fantastic. It's so soft, and it just surrounds me in bed. However, my cat threw up on the sheets a couple nights ago. The sheets were easy to clean. Just toss them in the washer. However, getting that stain out of the mattress pad was a job. I chatted with an agent who told me that I could spot clean it and then dry it on fluff with no heat. I will let you imagine how hard it was to spot clean a foot-long stain. What water that wasn't absorbed by this humongous sponge was spilled all over the floor. I tried it in the tub, but then I realized that the absorption was even worse with it in the tub. I finally did spot clean it with Oxyclean pre-cleaner and Oxyclean White revive. I put it in the dryer on very low heat. I had to go run an errand, so I picked up the sopping monster and took it out to my balcony and let the sun dry it for a while. When I got back, I put it back in the dryer on low. That was for about 15 minutes. I kept doing that until it was dry enough to put on my bed. All told, it took about 1.5 to 2 hours to get it those spots that dry. If they want to keep selling these, they're going to have to have a better way to clean up messes like cat throw-up. This was a drag.

Sooooo Comfortable

I had purchased a new mattress about 6 months ago, which turned out to be a huge mistake. My previous mattress was a pillow top, and its replacement was not. I don't know why when I purchased the new mattress I didn't buy the same type. I then purchased a foam mattress topper with doing little research. I thought, "Oh foam, it must be nice and comfortable." Wrong! It was uncomfortable, and it felt like I was sleeping on top of it rather than sinking in it a bit like my old pillow top mattress. That was mistake # 2. I decided enough was enough and read some reviews of this mattress topper, and it was the best thing I ever did. It is so comfortable, and it's a great quality topper, as well. If you're used to sleeping on a pillow top mattress, and it's starting to show its age, or if you just purchased a new mattress and you're not happy with it, then this is undoubtedly the one to go with. You won't be sorry!

New Bed NEEDED this

We were so excited to order a memory foam mattress based on Consumer Reports ratings. What a great deal from Costco, and with a 20 year warranty. While my husband is a back sleeper and was completely comfortable, I was immediately in pain. It was just too firm for my side-sleeping habits. I woke up sore every morning though in THEORY I really liked the mattress. I had read in a mattress review of someone topping theirs with a bamboo mattress topper so searched online after a week of pain and found this one. Read the reviews and saw many situations similar to mine. In short - it completely solved my problem. I now say "ahhhh" when I sink into bed. I appreciate the firm base of the memory foam mattress which I can still feel a bid despite being a lightweight. The topper smelled a bit when we unboxed it but that went away quickly. I hope this site keeps these in stock for when we may want to replace the one we just purchased - not sure how long it will work as beautifully as it does now.

Very Satisfied

We've slept on a rather thick feather topper for several years. It required constant fluffing or after several nights you felt like you were sleeping in a hole. I'm a side sleeper and my hips would just begin to ache when this would happen. We had recently stayed at a hotel when coming home from vacation and slept in a bed with a good quality topper and I slept like a baby. After we got home I told my wife I thought it was time to try a new type of mattress pad and began searching the internet. We decided on this one after reading all the good reviews and comments on customer service. We've only slept on it for a week now but we are very pleased with it. Its very soft but slightly firm. It the best money I've spent in a long time. I'm sleeping better, my hips no longer ache, and my wife even admits its more comfortable than the feather topper! We haven't washed yet so I don't know if my opinion will change afterwards but for now we are very pleased with this mattress pad and would highly recommend it to others.

*Read this before you buy! Before you Wash!

First off I have to tell you that this mattress pad is the most comfortable best plush mattress topper pad I have ever owned in my life! I read the reviews about how it is like sleeping on a cloud which is true! I also read that the material on the stretch skirt for some people fell apart when washing. When I received mine I read the instructions on how to wash it- it said to wash in cold and not to wash in machine with center agitator, I followed the instructions and noticed after washing that there were a few small holes in the netting material. I contacted the company and they were excellent about sending out a replacement! I mentioned to them that perhaps they should change the washing directions to -wash in cold on "gentle" cycle in washer with no middle agitator. I washed my replacement mattress topper pad on the "gentle" cycle and it came out beautiful! Dried it on low and it fluffed beautifully! I would highly recommend this mattress topper if you want a night of sleep like sleeping on a cloud. :) First mattress pad that I don't get hot sleeping on- thanks to the bamboo fiber! :) Also... I love firm/wife needs soft:perfect solution

We have a rock hard firm mattress that I love. My slender wife needed something softer to reduce the aches she felt and the circulation she fe was lost when on her side. Reluctantly, I got this topper for her and I have to say that we both love it! For her, it's a plush cloud upon which to sleep in any position... For me it is softness that allows the firm under-structure of the mattress to remain effective. So, the mattress remains firm like a carpeted floor but now you sink in and float above that firmness in a way that is surprisingly blissful for us both. I hesitated to buy for many months because our mattress is organic and I was reluctant to buy a topper that might have added chemicals... But this one, eluxury claims, has none. So, we couldn't be happier.... Both of us for completely distinct reasons. Arrived within a few days without hassle or incident. Great in all respects. (We are back, side and front sleepers. Me mostly back... She mostly,side (now we have the topper).)

Slept great - amazing comfort

This mattress pad is wonderfully plushy and soft, making for a very restful night's sleep, without aches and pains. I didn't want to get up the next day! Positives: (1) Can sleep cooler than other mattress pads I've tried, (2) thickly padded like a plush-top mattress, (3) company offers a great return policy, (4) products are made in America by a small business run by disabled veterans. Negatives: (1) Cannot be washed in a top-loading washing machine. Company states that a vertical agitator will rip the skirt (that fits around the mattress) completely off the pad. The risk still exists even if setting the washing machine to gentle cycle according to them. That means the pad either has to be hand washed in a bathtub, taken to a coin-op laundry to wash in a front-loading machine, or it has to be dry cleaned: extremely inconvenient! (2) Skirt seems too short to fit over anything more than a 12" - maybe 15", at most - thick mattress, even though I am told by the company that it will go over thicker mattresses. (3) Their mattress pads are TOO EXPENSIVE!
