Arrived rusty and 1stop won’t correct it

Purchased this for new construction. Also bought extended warranty. When electrician was ready to hang, the fixture was very rusty. 1stoplighting said they only address rust for 30 days. We ordered early enough to have ready for our contractor. Will post picture if I figure out how
