Everyone thought I was crazy for buying the sputnik light. We are using it as a chandelier in our newly remodeled bathroom and it is absolutely perfect. Beware though it does not come with LED lights, they were actually halogen. So I purchased some LEDs to replace so that it would not use as much electricity and get so hot. My only complaint is that there are little crystals glued to the inside of the balls and the crystals come loose and sit on the bottom of the globes.

Looks far more expensive than it cost. Your neighbors won't find this at their discount stores. Impressive for its quality and design None

This looks better than expected! It was part of my Main Bath renovation. The light is clear and crisp. The chrome reflects the light and the crystal shades have a prism effect ... just love it!

Beautiful Chandelier and Easy to Install

This chandelier was just perfect for my client's second bathroom. It was easy to hang and all parts, including bulbs, were supplied. My only concern (not a problem) was that the bulbs were so bright that we had to purchase a dimmer switch to control the brightness. My other option was to purchase a new set of bulbs, but that would entail removing all the globes so I chose the easier and more versatile way out.

Not what I expected

I was so excited about this chandelier, but once up I am not as happy with it as I had hoped. It says the bulbs are led - they are the hottest led bulbs I have ever had! That was a major disappointment. The "2-layer glass shades" are not what I was expecting! The interior 'glass shade' is some kind of crushed glass globe. At first I thought it was very cheap looking. We have now installed a dimmer, and it looks much better, and heats up less! I wouldn't say don't buy it - I love Sputnik, it just wasn't quite what I was expecting. Look very closely at it before buying.

Looks Beautiful

The chandelier looks beautiful. It’s pretty easy to install. I don’t give it five stars because the cracked looking glass is not well secured and tons of little glass pieces fall inside the larger glass ball which looks bad and you have to dump it out a tiny hole and screw carefully so more doesn’t fall off.
