Lack of customer service
Only part of my order arrived. The shipping label indicated that all parts were derived, but was incorrect. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve through the on-line system I finally got to speak with someone after and EXTENDED hold period. I was told that the missing part was on back order and should ship the October 30. I followed up only to find that the person I spoke with apparently no longer works there and I can't get a response to my on-line requests. Here it is November 11 and I cannot get a response and calling in only gets you on an endless hold. I guess that I am out $96 plus tax.
