Poor customer service

Unsatisfied! There were so many parts missing to this chandelier. Build.com were not straightforward with me about the status of the pieces being delivered. When it finally arrived after 3 weeks, another piece was missing.

Do not get this model

The two pre installed vertical extensions are two different lengths which causes the lite bar to be higher on one side and lower on the other.

Color not as Indicated

The fixtures in my new home are brushed nickel. This is listed as Classic Nickel. We picked it from a catalog. It’s not really classic nickel, it’s painted grey. Compared to rest of the fixtures, it looks cheap.

Finish is heavily antiqued

This fixture has heavy "antiquing" and dark black spots on the finish which are not shown in the photos on the site. I think overall the style is ok, but the finish was unexpected from what is represented in the picture. If you are looking for a consistent color on the finish, this is not it.

Tasteful simple elegance

Beautiful piece, provides great room light without overwhelming the room with its stature. Simple, clean, and unobtrusive lines while adding a nice simple elegance. We placed this over our 10’+ kitchen island. Well made and easy to adjust the length for your hanging preference.

This light is beautiful! It has clean lines and gives off plenty of light in our dining room space. It’s my favorite light in our newly constructed home.

This light fixture is beautiful. It completes my kitchen!

The package arrived beat up, a hole broken through on one end with the down rods falling out. Half of them were out of their individual sleeves, having been just pushed back through the substantial tear out in tue box. The light itself was undamaged and nice overall. It throws good light without shadows and was very easy to assemble and hang. We like the finish!
