Great Lamps, but service was better....

Received exactly what was ordered. However, one of the three light arrived broken. I called customer service, sent photos, and got my replacement promptly. Thank you so much, the lamps are up and look great. Great product, service, at a reasonable price, but most important they stand by their product.

Not what I expected

I am an Interior Designer renovating my home & have a lot of experience ordering items. I was so excited to receive these fixtures today. The "antique silver" photos online look more like a dark pewter. The actual fixtures are a very light & bright silver, I also expected the interior of the shade to be "antique brass" (as depicted in photos). Instead, only the canopy is brass, the interior shade is white. I waited weeks for these & now have to return. Better images and descriptions would have saved me the trouble.
