I can't wait to test it out. We just received the product and the design and feel look very good. As long as it does what it says I believe this will be a very nice touch and unique item that will look great in the new home. Stainless steel is a plus and hopefully it will last for years to come and will hold as a modern or even craftsman style piece.

Excellent - But super hot

I installed 2 of these. 1 of them 5" above the other. I now have 4 towels that are always nice and toasty. Depending on your actual house voltage, (110v-120v) they could heat up to 180F - 210F. My voltage is 120v so both racks were 210F. that is too hot and will scorch most towel materials not to mention it will burn you in 1 second. I recommend using an incandescent light compatible dimmer to regulate the temperature down to something more reasonable. I chose the Lutron digital MACL-153R. This 600watt dimmer is capable of "dimming" down both towel racks together to a barely noticeable 90F if needed. I have mine set 3 lights from the bottom and get about 165F towels.

[Rewarded Review] Excellent Purchase and a Must For Any Bathroom

It was my best purchase ever. It's a must in any bathroom because it keeps your towels warm when you come out of the shower. It's very stylish and have many bars made of polished stainless steel to hold many towels. The installation has to be made by a professional and licensed electrician but it is very well worth it because you will enjoy it afterwards. I was waiting for this kind of product for a while at a good price and finally I got it.
