So far so good. Very easy install. It’s not going to heat your towel like a spa. Drys towels really well and any part that touches the bars is usually really warm.

Just hook it up to a timer and you're all set. Easy-Peasy !! We have three towels on this unit. No complaints !!

I love this towel warmer. This is our second one. I use it more for drying towels (and masks) than warming the towels. I think if you really want warm towels, you need one of those round ones which the whole towel fits into.

Quality towel warmer, great service

This was our first purchase from PlumbingOnline.ca and we are very pleased with the towel warmer and great service. After placing the order, I was contacted by Zaki in Customer Support to inform me there would be a 3-4 week delay. I wasn't surprised, given that the product is USA made, and there have been production delays from that country. Zaki assured me that the towel warmer is a quality product and is worth the wait, and he was right. Great product, you only get what you pay for :) The delivery came earlier than expected, so that was a nice surprise. We have it on our laundry room, it's great for drying kitchen towels and various size cleaning cloths because the bars are fairly close together. The only critical comment is that the hardware that comes with the towel warmer is cheap, but my husband had other hardware on hand, so it was no problem.

Nice quality product. Works well but it did not come with the right amount of screws. Had to buy our own.

Looks good in my revamped bathroom but the best thing is no more damp towels.
