Bought this same shower head from local plumbing somoany for lakehouse, "out in the sticks" 1 year ago, so when renovating town ensuite, wanted same item. Checked with local supplier, and they were $$$ more expensive...so went with wayfair. -$$$. Received shower head in a week, whereby local supplier would take 3 weeks...so win-win for us. While I gave local company chance to match price, they couldn't come down enough...so stuck with wayfair...very happy I did. The extra saving can go into upgrading lighting, etc. That said, i did order the majority of plumbing goods for ensuite reno from local supplier as they were very helpful and professional...and they understood. I've ordered lots of other items from wayfair, tiles, lights, etc...and I've never had problems returning or replacing if damaged...at least from the US wayfair.... hopefully the Canadian wayfair can maintain the same level of customer satisfaction!

Bit the bullet and ordered the Hangrohe 28428821 raindance shower head for our master bath remodel. Probably the best buy we made. Solid, great spray pattern and over all a wonderful product!

What other rain shower comes with white gloves?

If you're looking at a Hansgrohe rain shower, you expect quality and the Raindance does not disappoint in any way. The quality is top notch and the shower is incredible. This is actually the second one I've bought- one for a home I sold and now to my current master bath. Love Love Love.

Although I acknowledge the concerns some people have about the pressure of water coming through this shower head, I don't agree with them... this shower head isn't supposed to be a power shower head; it's supposed to be the fantastic shower experience that it is. If you're concerned about getting shampoo out of your hair faster, install a second head for that. ;-)

This is one gigantic shower head, and it works very well. It was simple to install and the directions were accurate and easy to follow. The air injection feature works well. The shower seems to have a lot of power and drenches the body in the shower. I recommend it for those who want the rain water experience.
