Rain shower power

I love my new hand-held shower head! I never thought the rain mode would be what I use daily, but I love how this warms me without sending buckets of water down the drain. It looks good, and it fit perfectly into the 15-year-old Hansgrohe fittings that held my previous Hansgrohe shower head. I'd buy it again, no question.

Hose disconnected from hand shower

I have the same problems as others - right at the 1yr mark, both hand showers I have are disconnected from the hose. Emailed customer service a few times, after providing proof of purchase 2 weeks ago, followed up yesterday still with no response....also, the matte black finish is scraping off...it happened to most of the matte black products I picked eg kitchen faucet, hand shower, select panel....disappointed with the quality especially only after using them for a year...

the unit is nice, but as with so many of these shower heads these days, it is water saving, and thus doesn't provide any real pressure (except on the three-stream setting) so really cleaning a full head of hair is difficult.

Great showering experience

Ease of use with a nice design. It's made with quality parts to last fir many many good showers.

Breaks after 1 year of use

This shower head is great….for the one year it worked. After one year, the plastic piping inside the hose just making the shower head unusable. Very poor quality and seem inferior to the $40 shower head I replaced from Home Depot. Do not buy.

Issues Handled Well by Customer Support

Bought this 2 years before the hose on the showerhead broke off - this seems to have been reported by another use also. Called customer service, in about 10 minutes I got an email confirming the replacement part getting shipped to my home.

The shower head is good. The hose connecting the outflow to the head is grey and made of plastic. It does look good.

We like the shower stream options with the product. Because of mandatory water flow rate restrictions in Oregon, the force of the massage setting is weak

The shower head pictured was not the one I received. Wayfair you send me a diffferent model in chrome finish. Oh well I’m keeping it anyway even though the water pressure is not as good as the one I replaced.

Not yet tested out of the box. But feels solidly made. Not like some other brands with cheaper plastic.

Poor quality showerhead for $165

Very cheap quality showerhead and for the price it is absolutely a rip off it should’ve been $39.95 so definitely felt “taken”. Sup prided for such a high end store
