THIN, came with two dents!

Returned the day we got it. Right out of the box, two dents on the frame. Very flimsy. The price was great. Maybe it was just bad luck that we got the one with damaged frame, but I think it's because the material is very thin.

Was happy with this product. My contractor had problems with the soap dish installation. He did not complain with this paper holder. I replaced an older model installed 20 years ago. I like it recessed in the wall so you don't worry about knocking it off.

Purchased two styles on these recessed toilet paper holders. Just liked the wood one which I could paint to match my trim better than this one with steel elements. Stylistic choice. Looks like it would function well.

Easy install. Secure, "spring-loaded" hidden mount keeps the holder nice and tight inside the wall.

I'm not sure how long this would last since it doesn't look like made from stainless steel. I'm hopeful that this last for at least 10 years when I'm ready to renovate & upgrade the rest of the fixtures in my bathroom. My intention was to replace the old one with ceramic but couldn't find the right size.
