Enamel defects from the manufacturer

I do not recommend the Martha Stewart Collection Thayer Enamel On Steel 18" Roast Pan. Ultimately between Macy's and another retailer, I bought and returned three of these pans. All three had numerous manufacturing defects in the enamel (bubbles and pops on interior; gaps, cracks, scrapes and flakes on the exterior, especially where the handle meets the pan) and thin interior scratches down to the bare metal. The defects at a minimum may rust, and at worst could cause a blow out while in the oven or leave enamel flakes in the food. Its not the fault of the store ... but poor quality control from the manufacturer. Macy's was very timely with refund.

So this was shipped with cracked and jagged porcelain. We returned it at a local store. They have sent me multiple emails after threatening to charge me and never processed the refund to my credit card. So now I'm apparantly going to be charged twice for a broken item which is no longer in my posession.
