Finally found this fantastic pastry blender! Been looking for one like this for years! It’s got the nice, sharp edges that actually cut, as opposed to rounded wires on others that just mush your ingredients. The blades are graduated in length, making cutting in a bowl much easier. You don’t have to twist your wrist with this one. Good whether left or right handed. The handle is very ergo-comfortable. Sturdy, well-designed, good quality. I may buy another just cuz!

I usually cut in butter just with my fingers, which is pretty messy of course. This tool works great for the job! Glad I bought it.

Just what I wanted for pastry

The grip is comfortable, the tines are spaced right and the weight is substantial enough to help the pastry mixing process. I like the Grip-Ez tools.

I cannot believe how much easier it now is to mix cold butter into flour with this tool. I used to use a fork and took forever. So much easier with this pastry blender.

I read some reviews that the handle moves independently. I have not experienced this. Feels very sturdy. Love that it makes my chrome and red kitchen.
