Poor quality

I have decorated about 8 sets of cupcakes. They were easy and turned out really pretty. However, I have had trouble the last couple of times with the applicator falling off, no matter how I tried to screw it on. The plastic coupler is also splitting and coming off, which makes it impossible to keep the frosting in tact to apply. I have been very careful with it all along. Great tool, but poor quality.

Works for me.

I've had this decorator since before Wilton offered a pro version. Use it mostly for deviled eggs. Make sure you have a smooth, not lumpy, filling and it works like a charm. Much easier than a bag. Stainless is a breeze to clean.

Love it but

I really love this thing! It’s great for cakes, and I even use it for filling my manicotti. BUT… I’ve only used lithe black coupler piece two maybe three times, and it has already cracked. Additionally, the silver paint color is chipping off around the bottom.

Performs as stated, but no replacement parts

This decorator is easy to use and it performs as stated. I broke the large coupler and I’m not able to find a replacement coupler. Due to that issue, I would not recommend this product to anyone

Bought twice

Each time that I have bought this gun it's cracks shortly after using it. The black coupler cracks and the plastic cylinder cracks at the base, or the groves wear down and the parts won't stay together. The longest use I've gotten is 2 months.This is a very bad issue. I run a small business and while this product is very practical for use, it is not dependable or sturdy...I wish yall had replacement parts because this is becoming expensive. Why not make

coupler broke - large

Second time I used this the coupler for the large tips broke - now I can't use any of the large tips. I can't find anywhere to purchase a new coupler - I guess its junk now

Pull Out Plunger Broke

I got this as a wedding gift and I've loved using it mostly for deviled eggs. But yesterday the pull out plunger wouldn't connect to the cylinder anymore. I threw out the plunger hoping to be able to find a replacement plunger, but I've not seen one available. Guess I'll have to purchase it whole new set and toss this one!

I bought this today in the ideal home Christmas show in the Olympia London. The thumb part broke before I even pushed it with fresh cream inside. Very disappointed.

Crap brittle plastic parts

Brittle plastic. Broke in two places on second use. Crap

Not good at all

Plunger top breaks off. Plastic broke off where screws were into plastic. Metal chips off where tip screws on. This is the second one I’ve had from Michaels and 2 from Wilton’s at Joann’s. Is this a continuing design flaw.

Easy to use, easier to clean than my last one I had. I used it to fill deviled eggs, didn't clog on me.

Poorly made with plastic parts!

I bought two of these, both times the couplers that hold the tips on cracked and the tip at the top of the plunger broke, total waste of money, why not make the whole thing from something more durable??!! Contacting the company is impossible, very disappointed 😞
